Syrian Refugee In Germany Burns Down His Hotel Accomodation, Spray Paints Swastikas On Walls To Implicate People Who Warn About The Dangers Of Muslim Refugees

This story is hardly uncommon these days.

It’s all part of Islam in its new home: The West.

A SYRIAN refugee has admitted smearing swastikas and starting a fire at the asylum centre where he was staying because he wanted to be moved to a better location.

The blaze badly damaged the hotel in the town of Bingen am Rhein in Rhineland-Palatina last week

The blaze badly damaged the hotel in the town of Bingen am Rhein in Rhineland-Palatinat, Germany, last week, where a number of refugees and seasonal workers were living.

The apparent racist attack caused outrage in Germany, and was widely reported in local media with demands that those responsible be tracked down and punished.

The 26-year-old Syrian told police he was fed up with the cramped living conditions in the hotel.

He had been living there for six months when he started the fire which left four residents and two firefighters needing treatment for smoke inhalation, police revealed.

The refugee sprayed the swastikas on the building in a bid to put responsibility for the blaze on right-wing extremists.

Detectives arrested the man after other residents identified him as the arsonist.

He is currently being held in custody.

His arrest came a secret plan devised by Brussels was revealed, which could see countries in the European Union take on 250,000 migrants from Turkey every single year.

Hillary Clinton And Google: Working Together To Bring You The Worst Refugee Crisis Since WWII (As Well As Every Successive “Charlie Hebdo” And “Brussels”)

Yeah, that’s right – the “Arab Spring”, a euphemism which really means “all hell breaking out on earth”, not only happened on Hillary’s watch but was significantly aided specifically because she was on watch. And yes, Obama’s was too but Hillary is the menace up for election so this is your warning!

How many millions of Syrians are fleeing the Middle East because of the current administrations foolish meddling?

People love to criticise George W. Bush’s Iraq war (don’t get me wrong, much deserved in many regards) but at least he left Iraq under control after his meddling.

Islamic State exists because Obama and Hillary worked overtime to let that control disintegrate and simultaneously threw their money, air power, and Google connections behind dismantling Middle Eastern dictatorships and opening the way for the rise of much, much worse.

In many respects, every successive Islamic terrorist attack on the West was either made possible or strengthened because Obama and Hillary broke the Middle East and forced everyone to evacuate to the West, innocent victim and terrorist alike. Now, gazillions of Muslim terrorists dressed up as Muslim refugees are plotting the next Charlie Hebdo or Brussels safely from within the tax-payer funded accomodation of every European capital city available.

But don’t think Hillary was alone in this desire to bring Marxist utopia to Syria – she had a helping hand from Google:

In a series of Hillary Clinton’s emails, WikiLeaks have revealed that Google attempted to aid Syrian rebels and boost defections from President Bashar al-Assad in 2012.

The emails between former Secretary of State and Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton and the former head of Google Ideas discussed how the leading tech company could help topple the Assad regime in Syria using technology.

“Please keep close hold, but my team is planning to launch a tool on Sunday that will publicly track and map the defections in Syria and which parts of the government they are coming from,” wrote former Google Ideas head Jared Cohen in an email to several White House figures.

Our logic behind this is that while many people are tracking the atrocities, nobody is visually representing and mapping the defections, which we believe are important in encouraging more to defect and giving confidence to the opposition. Given how hard it is to get information into Syria right now, we are partnering with Al-Jazeera who will take primary ownership over the tool we have built, track the data, verify it, and broadcast it back into Syria. I’ve attached a few visuals that show what the tool will look like. Please keep this very close hold and let me know if there is anything eke you think we need to account for or think about before we launch. We believe this can have an important impact.

The email, which was signed by Cohen, appears to have then been forwarded to Clinton with the comment, “FYI – this is a pretty cool idea.”

According to the Washington Examiner, Cohen has previously been very interested in uprisings in the Middle East. In 2009, the Google Ideas head reportedly asked Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to delay a scheduled maintenance on the site as it was believed that it could interfere with an uprising in Iran.

WikiLeaks, run by the controversial Julian Assange, have posted over 30,000 unsecure emails either sent or received by Clinton during her tenure as secretary of state. The emails are easily searchable for the public on the WikiLeaks website, and since the emails have surfaced, numerous embarassing discoveries have been made.

Former New York mayor Rudy Giulianni has claimed that Hillary is for all intensive purposes a founding member of ISIS:

On Wednesday’s episode of the O’Reilly Factor on Fox News, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani had some harsh truth for Hillary Clinton and her supporters. During a segment discussing the idea that Hillary Clinton considers herself a warrior against terrorism, Giulianni openly mocked Clinton while scoffing at the idea that she might make a good Commander-in-Chief in the war on terror.

“She says we should ‘stand with Europe, but her president was sitting at a baseball game doing the wave and laughing instead of trying to rally the West against ISIS. What he did yesterday embarrassed me as an American. To rally our forces against ISIS, you have to come back to the White House and not leave until you have a plan. Hillary Clinton helped create ISIS, she could be considered a founding member! She was part of an administration that withdrew from Iraq and did not intervene in Syria at the proper time.”

Can’t say the evidence doesn’t back Giulianni on this.

So if you were thinking Hillary is the way forward in 2016, are you sure you want this woman with even more power?

Hillary Clinton: Fermented “Arab Spring”, Turned Syria Into A War Zone, Created Worst Refugee Crisis Since WW2, Empowered Muslim Rape Epidemic Across Europe, The Next U.S. President

I find myself fluctuating back and forth between Hillary and Trump as the worst presidential option.

Hillary is the disaster we know and Trump is the disaster we don’t.

Hillary hates everything America was established to be while Trump represents the worst of everything America has become.

Honestly, how do you choose?

A bit of reflection on what Hillary has been up to these last few years has put her back in pole position though.

Michael Snyder’s article begins with the terrible symptoms but it gets down to the root cause and guess who is there…Hillary:

Millions of women in Europe are now deathly afraid to walk outside their own homes at night, and with each passing day more news reports of absolutely horrific rapes and sexual assaults come pouring in from all over the continent. So who is to blame for this epidemic of rape? I think that the answer might surprise you, because a very famous politician in the United States is at least partially responsible. But first, let’s examine why women all over Europe are living in such fear right now. I have written previously about this rape epidemic, but since that time it has gotten even worse. At this point, this plague is even affecting small towns in the far northern portions of the continent.

For example, just consider what is happening in a small town in northern Sweden known as Ostersund…
Women in a town in northern Sweden have been warned not to walk alone at night in the wake of a spike in violent assaults and attempted rapes.
Police in Östersund made the unusual move to ask women not to go out unaccompanied after dark, after reports of eight brutal attacks, some by ‘men of foreign appearance’, in just over two weeks.

Speaking at a press conference on Monday, police said they ‘have never seen anything like it in Östersund’, a small town in the north of Sweden with a population of just 45,000.

Of course things were not always this way in Sweden.
At one time, Sweden had some of the lowest rates of violent crime in the world, but now the number of reported rapes in Sweden has risen by more than 1,000 percent since the mid-1970s.

So what is causing this?

A massive influx of immigrants from the Middle East and other third world nations is fundamentally changing Swedish society. During 2015, Sweden brought in an additional 163,000 migrants and refugees, and that was the highest level in all of Europe per capita.

Politically-correct Swedish citizens have opened up their arms to warmly welcome their new friends, but all of this kindness has not prevented an absolutely chilling wave of sexual crime. In particular, public pools have quickly gained a reputation as places where young Swedish women are very likely to be raped or sexually assaulted. The following is an excerpt from an outstanding article by Ingrid Carlqvist…

In 2015, when roughly 163,000 asylum seekers came to Sweden, the problems at public pools increased exponentially. More than 35,000 young people, so-called “unaccompanied refugee children,” arrived — 93% of whom are male and claim to be 16-17 years old. To prevent complete idleness, many municipalities give them free entrance to the public pools.

During the past few months, the number of reports of sexual assaults and harassment against women at public pools has been overwhelming. Most of the “children” are from Afghanistan, widely considered among the most dangerous places in the world for women. When the daily Aftonbladet visited the country in 2013, 61-year-old Fatima told the paper what it is like to be a woman in Afghanistan: “What happens if we do not obey? Well, our husbands or sons beat us of course. We are their slaves.”
In her article, Carlqvist lists example after example of sex attacks by immigrants at public pools. This is just one of those examples…

On January 21, there were reports that the number of sexual assaults had increased dramatically at the Aquanova adventure pool in Borlänge. In 2014, one case was reported; in 2015, about 20 cases were reported. The incidents involved women having their bikinis ripped off, being groped in the water slide and sexually assaulted in the restrooms. Ulla-Karin Solum, the CEO of Aquanova, told the public broadcaster Sveriges Television that many incidents “are due to cultural clashes.”

And this kind of sexual violence is not just limited to Sweden. Wherever there has been a large influx of refugees we are seeing the same things happen.

Here is one recent example from Belgium…

HORRIFIC footage has emerged of a group of young men, including five migrants, laughing, dancing and singing in Arabic as they gang rape an unconscious 17-year-old girl.

It is believed the attack happened after the girl passed out after drinking at a party.

One of the rapists later told police: “She can’t complain. Women must obey men.”

Next, here is an example from Germany…

An Algerian man who almost killed his 25-year-old student victim shouted out ‘if Allah wills it’ in Arabic as he raped her in a darkened alley, a court has heard.

The man, identified only by his first name Rheda, is accused of following the student as she walked home from a nightclub at 5am in Hannover, Germany.

Afterwards, with his victim badly beaten, he is alleged to have climbed off her and asked her if she enjoyed it.

Finally, here is a particularly disturbing example from Austria…

An Iraqi migrant has admitted to raping a ten year old boy in a Viennese swimming pool so ferociously that the boy had to be hospitalised for his injuries. The man said he knew it was wrong but couldn’t help himself as he hadn’t had sex in months.

Police investigators have ascertained that the 20 year old man entered Austria on the 13th September, travelling into the country via the Balkans.

Because most European leaders are so politically correct, they simply cannot face the truth.

In fact, some top European politicians have resorted to blaming the victims in a desperate attempt to maintain the fiction that these immigrants are responsible citizens…

One particularly divisive issue is the extent to which officials have tended to “blame the victim”, so to speak. For instance, Cologne mayor Henriette Reker drew sharp criticism for suggesting that it was German womens’ duty to prevent assaults by keeping would-be assailants “at arm’s length.”

Then there was the now infamous case of the 17-year-old Danish girl who faced a fine from police after she allegedly used “illegal” pepper spray to deter an attacker.

Okay, I promised that I would reveal a top politician in the United States that is at least partially responsible for this epidemic of rape. So let me try to explain how I arrived at my conclusion.

Most of the immigrants that are flooding into Europe are coming from areas that have been ravaged by war. In particular, more immigrants are flooding into Europe from Syria than anywhere else.

If we go back five years ago, Syria was actually a very peaceful place. In the early portions of 2011, the Arab Spring was raging, and leaders all over the Middle East were being deposed. At that time, a decision was made by officials in the Obama administration that it would be an ideal opportunity to overthrow the Assad regime in Syria as well.

Saudi Arabia, Turkey and their Sunni allies in the region were quite eager to get rid of Assad. Syria is part of “the Shiite crescent” that stretches across the Middle East, but 74 percent of all Syrians are actually Sunni. So the idea was to create a “popular uprising” that would overthrow Assad, and Syria would then be transformed into a full-fledged Sunni nation and the balance of power in the Middle East would be fundamentally altered.

This effort was spearheaded by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Huge protests were organized against Assad in Syria, and those protests rapidly turned violent. A civil war began, and members of “the coalition” poured millions upon millions of dollars into jihadist groups that were attempting to overthrow Assad. And at first the plan was working well. The “resistance” was taking lots of ground and it looked like they were going to be able to push all the way to Damascus and topple Assad.

But then Assad enlisted the help of Iran, Hezbollah, Shiite militias from Iran and most importantly the Russians.

Russian air power has completely turned the tide of the war, and now the Sunni militant groups are being routed. This is why Saudi Arabia and Turkey are in such a panic, and they are looking to the Obama administration to finish what it started.

Of course all of this has brought us to the brink of World War 3, and most Americans have absolutely no idea how we got here.

And it is this horrific conflict in Syria which Hillary Clinton played such a key role in starting that has caused the worst refugee crisis that Europe has experienced since World War 2.

So how will Hillary Clinton be rewarded for her fine work?

Well, it appears quite likely that she is going to become the next president of the United States, and that is a very, very depressing thought.

Muslim Refugee In Germany Throws Children, Aged Seven, Five, And One, Out Of Two Story Window

Wonder why this one didn’t make the news, given that one time when everyone on earth repeatedly heard all about Michael Jackson dangling his kid over the balcony for a moment?

Or that one time anyone hurt their children?

I guess we’ll never know.

I couldn’t find any English-language news reports on this incident. However, an article at FOCUS.de is fairly clear in machine translation.

The asylum center is in Lohmar in Rhein-Sieg-Kreis. The 35-year-old Syrian father was arrested after his children were thrown from the windows of the center. Police suspect that he may have deliberately attempted to kill them.

Many thanks to Nash Montana for the translation, and to Vlad Tepes for subtitling this news report from RT:

Transcript:

1:00 At the scene we found three injured children ages five, seven and one year.

1:04 The five- and the seven-year-old children are apparently severely injured

If All Cultures Are Equal, Why Are Millions Of Refugees Fleeing The Thoroughly Islamic Middle East?

Leftists love to insist that all cultures are equal.

What they really mean is that if you disagree with them, you should shut your mouth and go die in a hole otherwise they will organise a hole for you to be murdered in.

They did it in numerous Communist states and while they haven’t worked their way up to murder in the West yet, ominous signs abound.

While Christians have been culturally scorned for decades now, the past decade has seen the progression to using the law to oppress believers through fines and even jail time.

Anyone who wants to claim that history will not repeat itself is either ignorant or part of the agenda to make the brutally historic Christian persecution happen again today.

In the mean time, we see entire nations worth of refugees pouring out of the Middle East and Northern Africa, locations where the population is almost entirely Islamic and that have been ruled by Islamic empires for the best part of fourteen centuries.

So what happened?

Did these refugees not get the memo that all cultures are equal?

Are they racists?

Or are they uniquely positioned to understand that plenty of cultures actually suck hard?

The answers from Jerry Newcombe are worth some serious thought, especially from Christians who ought to know better:

Masses of people are leaving countries in the Middle East and North Africa and streaming into Europe for the chance of a better life. It’s an enormous tragedy. More than four million refugees have come out of Syria since 2011 because of its civil war.

How did such a disaster happen? No one takes a perilous journey to leave home unless home has become unsafe or impossible to stay in. No parents put their children on a dangerous, rickety old boat unless it is better than the alternative. They are desperate. Our hearts go out to them.

Writing for the Wall Street Journal, Walter Russell Mead penned “A Crisis of Two Civilizations.” He described this migration as “one of the worst humanitarian disasters since the 1940s.” He noted that even “the sick and the old are on the road.”

The main reason behind the mass migration appears to be the suppression of freedom and the violence wrought under various Islamic governments and the relative freedom afforded by formerly-Christian Europe.

Mead writes, “Today we are watching the failure of Islamism. From the Muslim Brotherhood to Islamic State, Islamist movements have had no more success in curing the ills of Arab civilization than any of the secular movements of the past.”

This crisis shows how cultural relativism — the idea that one culture is just as good as another — and that all cultures are basically equal — is just not true. People are voting with their feet, whether they realize it or not, and going to countries with a Christian base.

I am not saying that European nations, or America for that matter, officially acknowledge the contributions of the Christian faith to their civilization. But it is Christianity that has helped shape the positive aspects of the West.

Daniel Lapin, an Orthodox Jewish rabbi, who appreciates the contributions of Jesus, made an interesting point when I interviewed him years ago for our television special, What If Jesus Had Never Been Born?, which was based on the book that I co-wrote with Dr. D. James Kennedy.

Said Rabbi Lapin, “The easiest way to answer the question of whether life on planet earth is better because Jesus walked Jerusalem or not is very simple, and that is: Just watch the way people vote with their feet. Watch where the net flow of immigration is in the world today. Is it from Christian countries to non-Christian countries or the other way around? It is so obvious.”

This current crisis in Europe reminds me of the plight of Cubans who have desperately been trying to get to America, as they flee the bankruptcy of atheistic communism.

One time I came across one of these Cuban refugee rafts on the beach from Cuba. This homemade craft was composed of three wooden doors, with flotsam at the bottom to keep it afloat.

One of the doors served as the hull and the other two made up the raft’s sides, with window shutters nailed across to serve as crossbeams. It was literally as if someone had torn apart his own home to put this thing together. Items of clothing in the raft indicate that it had held as many as ten people. I don’t know what became of them.

Since it is illegal to leave the island, those fleeing would have had to make this raft secretly. Then they would have to get safely out of Cuban waters. If they were discovered by the Cuban coastal authorities, they could have been shot on sight to prevent them from leaving. Yet they embarked upon the trip nevertheless.

And all cultures are equal?

Having escaped to international waters, the occupants of this doors-turned-into-a-raft had to row it or float a few hundred miles over several days. They would have had to deal with the grueling sun and the potential threat of sharks along the way in order to try and get to America.

Why? So that maybe — just maybe — they could get a chance to enjoy what you and I enjoy every day. Freedom. The chance for a better life.

Meanwhile, millions of Americans born here think little of the freedom we have. The tragedy is that because we are jettisoning our Christian roots, our freedom is now at risk.

Freedom is a great blessing and flows directly from the Judeo-Christian tradition. It may sound like heresy to modern ears, but all cultures are not the same. Some ideas are better than others. Millions of people would not risk everything, even the lives of their own children, if it were not so. There is certainly no mass migration of people into radical Islamic or communist countries. The supposed glories of multi-culturalism are sinking into the Mediterranean.

Australia To Take Christian Refugees? It’s Hard To Believe…

Could some sense finally be prevailing regarding the Syraian refugee problem?

Time will tell.

Labor hates the idea because Labor hates Christianity, most of them being leftists at best and more likely than not cultural Marxists.

The ABC seems to hate having to report this, hence their promotion of anything that suggests prioritising Christians is somehow bad.

Here is what is being reported:

Refugees from Syria pray after arriving on the shores of the Greek island of Lesbos aboard an inflatable dinghy across the Aegean Sea from from Turkey

The Federal Government will announce Australia’s response to the Syrian refugee crisis tomorrow.

“We shouldn’t delay, but nevertheless we do need to be careful and I expect that within 24 hours the Government will have much more to say on this matter,” Prime Minister Tony Abbott told Question Time.

The Abbott Government has flagged the focus of its intake of Syrian refugees will be minorities that are largely Christian.

Government ministers like Malcolm Turnbull have argued for accepting more Syrian Christians, and Foreign Minister Julie Bishop has nominated minorities like the Yazidis.

One backbencher told the ABC the message being sent to the Prime Minister by some in the Coalition was clear: “No more Muslim men.”

Nationals MP George Christensen said Christians should be prioritised.

If you’re coming into this country and you harbour a jihadist outlook in life, if you believe that Sharia law should be the law of the land, well, perhaps you’re not welcome in this country.

“I think that any Christian walking around in Syria, and many of those places throughout the middle east at the moment, because of Islamic State, basically has a target on their forehead or a dotted line around their neck where ISIS wants to cut,” he told the ABC.

“So if your life is threatened as their lives are, they should be prioritised.”

Mr Christensen also said the Government must ensure the values of anyone granted protection are in line with the community’s.

“If you’re coming into this country and you harbour a jihadist outlook in life, if you believe that Sharia law should be the law of the land, well, perhaps you’re not welcome in this country,” he said.

“Perhaps you should be seeking safe haven in one of the many Muslim countries that’s around the world.”

It is understood several speakers in this morning’s Government party room meeting mentioned the importance of taking refugees who would “fit in well” with the Australian community.

Labor has joined refugee groups in warning the Government’s emphasis on helping Christian refugees is “dangerous”.

“Being a victim of war doesn’t know a particular religion,” Opposition Leader Bill Shorten said.

“If you’re a woman facing terrible crimes to be committed against you, if you’re a child, a little child, potentially drowning at sea, I’m not interested in their religion, I’m interested in their safety.”

A migration expert, who didn’t want to be named, has told the ABC any Government decision to screen refugees on the basis of religion would be unprecedented.

Mr Abbott is also under increasing pressure to increase this year’s humanitarian intake of 13,750 people, but has put off a decision while the Immigration Minister consults with the United Nations about the best approach.

The fact the Government would pause in light of such a visceral tragedy to suggest Australia should prioritise Christian refugees from Syria speaks volumes, writes Sarah Malik.

MPs, including Tasmanian Brett Whiteley, told the party room community sentiment around the Syrian crisis had “changed” and the public wanted the Abbott Government to act.

The ABC understands some MPs raised the prospect of the Government bringing forward its plan to increase the refugee intake to 18,750, which according to current policy is not due until 2018.

Labor is pushing for an additional intake of 10,000 people, while the Greens want double that number.

Independent Tasmanian MP Andrew Wilkie has called for an extra 30,000 Syrians to be accepted.

It is understood Peter Dutton will brief the national security committee tonight about his meetings in Europe on the issue.

Cabinet will discuss the issue tomorrow morning and there is a suggestion the party room may meet again before an announcement is made.

More Wise Considerations On The Syrian Refugee Crisis

It’s easy to see pictures of hundreds of thousands of fleeing Middle Eastern refugees and become incensed at people in the West, who are neither accountable for their flight nor responsible for their future.

That saves us from asking hard questions such as who is accountable and responsible, and why do people pour out of the Middle East like there’s something terribly oppressive there ruining their lives?

It also looks good to other Leftist-minded people who are happy for everyone else to fix problems they are often responsible for – and if not responsible, complicit in – in the first place

Bill Muehlenberg’s commentary cuts through the emotion and focuses on the consequences of this crisis for Westerner and refugee alike:

There are always certain issues, especially when clouded with emotive media imagery, which can result in people ceasing to reflect critically but simply run on emotions. The refugee issue is one such topic where emoting instead of thinking tends to predominate.

This has certainly been the case with the tragic Syrian refugee problem, with many saying we must do something, and we must do it now. Well, critical reflection is actually preferable to knee-jerk reactions, lest we simply make things far worse.

People are complaining that Europe, Australia and other places must simply take in far more refugees, no matter what. But a few facts and bits of evidence need to be considered here, instead of simply running on feelings. Let me offer a number of such facts.

Tony Abbott has just announced that he will take in more Syrian refugees. And according to a recent United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees report on resettlement, Australia is among the world leaders in helping such refugees: http://www.unhcr.org/543408c4fda.pdf

As I have written elsewhere, no nation can have open slather policies here, and each nation has a right to defend its borders and determine what is a feasible number of refugees or asylum seekers that can be accepted. I discuss in greater detail the political as well as biblical data on this here: billmuehlenberg.com/2010/11/09/christians-and-asylum-seekers/

And when it comes to Muslim immigration, we must be even wiser, as the spread of political Islam and creeping sharia is often accomplished by means of immigration. Please read this for more detail: billmuehlenberg.com/2009/08/27/western-immigration-and-global-jihad/

For example, the BBC reports that fake passports are already being used to get jihadists into Europe: “German customs officers have seized packages containing Syrian passports and police suspect they are being sold illegally to asylum seekers. A finance ministry official said both genuine and forged passports were in the packets intercepted in the post.”

And IS has threatened to send 500,000 migrants to Europe as part of jihad:

ISIS has threatened to flood Europe with half a million migrants from Libya in a ‘psychological’ attack against the West, it was claimed today. Transcripts of telephone intercepts published in Italy claim to provide evidence that ISIS is threatening to send 500,000 migrants simultaneously out to sea in hundreds of boats in a ‘psychological weapon’ against Europe if there is military intervention against them in Libya.

Many would be at risk of drowning with rescue services unable to cope. But authorities fear that if numbers on this scale arrived, European cities could witness riots. Separately, the militants hope to cement their control of Libya then cross the Mediterranean disguised as refugees, according to letters seen by Quilliam the anti-terror group, reported by the Telegraph.

Or as another report warns:

ISIS says thousands of fighters are already in place in Europe, disguised as refugees, just waiting for the signal. An operative working for Islamic State has revealed that the terror group has successfully smuggled thousands of covert Jihadists into Europe, the Express writes.

The Syrian operative claimed more than 4,000 covert ISIS gunmen had been smuggled into western nations – hidden amongst innocent refugees. The ISIS smuggler, who is in his 30s with a trimmed jet-black beard, revealed the ongoing clandestine operation is a complete success. “Just wait,” he smiled.

We must also ask why most rich Muslim nations are refusing to take in these refugees. Perhaps they know something we don’t: “Five of the wealthiest Muslim countries have taken no Syrian refugees in at all, arguing that doing so would open them up to the risk of terrorism. Although the oil rich countries have handed over aid money, Britain has donated more than Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar combined.”

Imagine that: Muslim nations admitting that Muslim refugees pose a genuine terrorist threat. Yet the West is supposed to throw its doors wide open with no questions asked. That is a recipe for national suicide. Nonie Darwish, who has had to flee the Middle East herself, says this about “why Muslim countries rarely prepare for disaster to save lives of other Muslims and heavily rely on the West to rescue victims of Islamic jihad”:

-Muslim countries know that the West will take care of their mistakes so they don’t have to avoid the negative consequences of their actions.

-Western countries quickly come to the rescue, open their wallets and land to prove to the world that they are not Islamophobes.

-Arab countries lack compassion and action to rescue each other despite the rhetoric of Arab/Islamic unity. Saudi Arabia and Gulf nations never open their borders to poor Muslims in distress. Even Egypt rejected the Darfur refugees who were later forced to go to Israel, which took them.

-Oil rich Arab countries make it very difficult for other Arabs to visit except for haj. They are very tribal and refuse to dilute their culture with influx of foreigners. Third world country workers are treated inhumanely and are rarely given permanent residency, citizenship or equal rights as citizens.

-Arabs would rather spend their petrodollars on expanding their influence in the West rather than making life better for their own citizens or supporting other Muslim nations who are financially less fortunate.

-Islamic groups believe that refugees from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan will spread Sharia in Europe, which is the main goal of jihad.

-By clearing the area from the opposition and citizens who are not contributing to the empowerment of ISIS, clears the way for ISIS to expand beyond Syria and Iraq. Europe and America are absorbing the opposition to ISIS, so why stand in the way?

Emotive images, like that of the poor dead boy lying on the beach, are relied upon to pull Western heartstrings, instead of having them think critically and rationally. As to the tragic case of the boy and his family, they of course had been living comfortably in free housing in Turkey for three years.

As one commentator writes, “Aylan was not in ‘harm’s way’. He was not a refugee. His family was not fleeing danger. Indeed, what his father particularly sought in Europe was a good dentist. Yes, Aylan’s terrible death does not tell us to open our borders. If anything, it warns us to be wary of the consequences of badly directed ‘compassion’.”

And as mentioned, humanitarian concerns must be balanced with national security concerns. The Prime Minister of Hungry has rightly argued that “Those who are overwhelmed cannot offer shelter to anyone”. His entire speech is well worth reading: http://www.kormany.hu/en/the-prime-minister/the-prime-minister-s-speeches/those-who-are-overwhelmed-cannot-offer-shelter-to-anyone

English commentator Peter Hitchens offers some sober thinking on all this. He is worth quoting at length:

Having seen more than my share of real corpses, and watched children starving to death in a Somali famine, I am not unmoved by pictures of a dead child on a Turkish beach. But I am not going to pretend to be more upset than anyone else. Nor am I going to suddenly stop thinking, as so many people in the media and politics appear to have done.

The child is not dead because advanced countries have immigration laws. The child is dead because criminal traffickers cynically risked the lives of their victims in pursuit of money. I’ll go further. The use of words such as ‘desperate’ is quite wrong in this case. The child’s family were safe in Turkey. Turkey (for all its many faults) is a member of Nato, officially classified as free and democratic. Many British people actually pay good money to go on holiday to the very beach where the child’s body was washed up.

It may not be ideal, but the definition of a refugee is that he is fleeing from danger, not fleeing towards a higher standard of living. Goodness knows I have done what I could on this page to oppose the stupid interventions by this country in Iraq, Libya and Syria, which have turned so many innocent people into refugees or corpses.

But I can see neither sense nor justice in allowing these things to become a pretext for an unstoppable demographic revolution in which Europe (including, alas, our islands) merges its culture and its economy with North Africa and the Middle East. If we let this happen, Europe would lose almost all the things that make others want to live there.

You really think these crowds of tough young men chanting ‘Germany!’ in the heart of Budapest are ‘asylum-seekers’ or ‘refugees’? Refugees don’t confront the police of the countries in which they seek sanctuary. They don’t chant orchestrated slogans or lie across the train tracks. And why, by the way, do they use the English name for Germany when they chant? In Arabic and Turkish, that country is called ‘Almanya’, in Kurdish something similar. The Germans themselves call it ‘Deutschland’. In Hungarian, it’s ‘Nemetorszag’.

Did someone hope that British and American TV would be there? I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: spontaneous demonstrations take a lot of organising. Refugees don’t demand or choose their refuge. They ask and they hope. When we become refugees one day (as we may well do), we will discover this.

As to what those angry, confident and forceful young men actually are, I’ll leave you to work it out, as I am too afraid of the Thought Police to use what I think is the correct word. But it is interesting that this week sees the publication in English of a rather dangerous book, which came out in France just before the Charlie Hebdo murders.

Submission, by Michel Houellebecq, prophesies a Muslim-dominated government in France about seven years from now, ushered into power by the French Tory and Labour parties. What they want, says one of the cleverer characters in the book, ‘is for France to disappear – to be integrated into a European federation’. This means they’d much rather do a deal with a Muslim party than with the National Front, France’s Ukip equivalent. If any of this sounds familiar to you, I wouldn’t be surprised. It’s amazing how likely and simple the author makes this Islamic revolution sound.

Can we stop this transformation of all we have and are? I doubt it. To do so would involve the grim-faced determination of Australia, making it plain in every way that our doors are open only to limited numbers of people, chosen by us, enduring the righteous scorn of the supposedly enlightened.

As we lack the survival instinct and the determination necessary, and as so many of our most influential people are set on committing a sentimental national suicide, I suspect we won’t.

To those who condemn reasonable calls for national self-defence as bigotry, hatred and intolerance (which they are not), I make only this request: just don’t pretend you’re doing a good and generous thing, when you’re really cowardly and weak.

As I said, emotional reactions are clearly not what we should rely upon when considering important international issues such as this. Clear thinking and critical evaluation of the evidence and the facts is what is required. And that seems to be in short supply in so much of the West today.

I close with the words of Paul Zanetti:

If there’s any one underlying message that must be read into the story of little Alyan it is that illegal human trafficking must be stopped, that the Abbott government’s successful policies must be widely adopted or the drownings will continue.

This must be balanced with an increased selective intake by all nations of genuine refugees, fleeing persecution or war or both. Australia has a proud history of settling refugees and migrants. This must continue.

Migration has been an overwhelmingly positive contributor to the growth, success and affluence of this nation – with exception, namely criminal ideologists who wish us harm, currently being addressed. Careful, selective immigration and genuine refugee intakes – not open border anarchy – will strengthen Australia and save lives while meeting our international obligations.

Turkey Begins To Exhibit Strength: A Sign Of Things To Come?

Turkey ruled the Middle East for have a Millenia and that’s a long time. They have taken a back seat for a century but now Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Tukeys President, is beginning to display the telling signs of his ambition.

My personal perspective is that the antichrist will arise on the power base of an Islamic empire, one that is likely centred in Turkish, although I believe the latter chapters of the Book Of Daniel suggest that Middle Eastern borders may be redrawn before the antichrist appears. Consequently, it may no longer be the “Turkey” of today.

Erdoğan certainly has taken Turkey headlong out of secularism and back to its oppressive, Islamic roots as many Turkish citizens are discovering the hard way. The West, with Obama at the forefront, seem okay with this and haven’t, to my knowledge, expressed any concern about this sharp change in direction.

Turkey has already been fighting IS, which so far has appeared a convenient excuse to attack Kurdish fighters. Now, it appears that Turkey has larger plans against IS:

ISTANBUL – US aircraft and drones are arriving in Turkish air bases and a comprehensive battle against Islamic State militants will be launched soon, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Wednesday.

Turkey formally approved the use of its air bases by US and coalition aircraft late last month, a major change in policy after years of reluctance in taking a front-line role against the Islamist fighters in northern Syria.

“As part of our agreement with the US we have made progress regarding the opening up of our bases, particularly Incirlik,” Cavusoglu told state broadcaster TRT, referring to a major air base near the southern city of Adana.

“We’re seeing that manned and unmanned American planes are arriving and soon we will launch a comprehensive battle against Islamic State all together,” he said during a trip to Malaysia.

Turkey and the United States have been working on plans to provide air cover for a group of US-trained Syrian rebels and jointly sweep Islamic State fighters from a strip of northern Syria stretching about 80 km (50 miles) along the Turkish border.

Diplomats familiar with the plans say cutting off Islamic State’s access to the border, over which foreign fighters and supplies have flowed, could be a game-changer in the fight against the insurgents.

But there are major challenges.

Washington said on Tuesday it had indications some of the rebels trained by its military were captured by fighters from al-Qaida’s Syria wing, Nusra Front, underscoring the vulnerability of a group thought to number less than 60 who only deployed to the battlefield in recent weeks.

Islamic State has seized large parts of Syria and neighboring Iraq in its drive to create an Islamic caliphate.

With Western war-weariness at all time highs regarding the Middle East especially, the rise of a dominant power that can lead this perpetually troubled region would be very well received in many quarters. Some would even accept Iran, of all nations!
Biblical prophecy cannot be any clearer that the antichrist will be widely received with praise, though not by Christians, and that this will lead to an assault against an Israel and Jerusalem that is resting at peace and ease.

Naturally, this is not the case at this present moment and so we can expect significant changes and transfers in power to occur during the coming years of the Middle East.

For now, we must watch and pray in the knowledge that human attempts to bring peace will only lead to the rise of the most evil empire in history.

Nevertheless, Jesus will prevail and his victory is already written, so our hope is sure and we need never fear.

“The oracle of the word of the Lord concerning Israel: Thus declares the Lord, who stretched out the heavens and founded the earth and formed the spirit of man within him: “Behold, I am about to make Jerusalem a cup of staggering to all the surrounding peoples. The siege of Jerusalem will also be against Judah. On that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples. All who lift it will surely hurt themselves. And all the nations of the earth will gather against it….And on that day I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.” ‭‭Zechariah‬ ‭12:1-3, 9‬ ‭ESV‬‬

““At the time appointed he shall return and come into the south, but it shall not be this time as it was before. For ships of Kittim shall come against him, and he shall be afraid and withdraw, and shall turn back and be enraged and take action against the holy covenant. He shall turn back and pay attention to those who forsake the holy covenant. Forces from him shall appear and profane the temple and fortress, and shall take away the regular burnt offering. And they shall set up the abomination that makes desolate. He shall seduce with flattery those who violate the covenant, but the people who know their God shall stand firm and take action. And the wise among the people shall make many understand, though for some days they shall stumble by sword and flame, by captivity and plunder. When they stumble, they shall receive a little help. And many shall join themselves to them with flattery, and some of the wise shall stumble, so that they may be refined, purified, and made white, until the time of the end, for it still awaits the appointed time. “And the king shall do as he wills. He shall exalt himself and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak astonishing things against the God of gods. He shall prosper till the indignation is accomplished; for what is decreed shall be done. He shall pay no attention to the gods of his fathers, or to the one beloved by women. He shall not pay attention to any other god, for he shall magnify himself above all. He shall honor the god of fortresses instead of these. A god whom his fathers did not know he shall honor with gold and silver, with precious stones and costly gifts. He shall deal with the strongest fortresses with the help of a foreign god. Those who acknowledge him he shall load with honor. He shall make them rulers over many and shall divide the land for a price. “At the time of the end, the king of the south shall attack him, but the king of the north shall rush upon him like a whirlwind, with chariots and horsemen, and with many ships. And he shall come into countries and shall overflow and pass through. He shall come into the glorious land. And tens of thousands shall fall, but these shall be delivered out of his hand: Edom and Moab and the main part of the Ammonites. He shall stretch out his hand against the countries, and the land of Egypt shall not escape. He shall become ruler of the treasures of gold and of silver, and all the precious things of Egypt, and the Libyans and the Cushites shall follow in his train. But news from the east and the north shall alarm him, and he shall go out with great fury to destroy and devote many to destruction. And he shall pitch his palatial tents between the sea and the glorious holy mountain. Yet he shall come to his end, with none to help him.”

‭‭Daniel‬ ‭11:29-45‬ ‭ESV‬‬

“And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, with ten horns and seven heads, with ten diadems on its horns and blasphemous names on its heads. And the beast that I saw was like a leopard; its feet were like a bear’s, and its mouth was like a lion’s mouth. And to it the dragon gave his power and his throne and great authority. One of its heads seemed to have a mortal wound, but its mortal wound was healed, and the whole earth marveled as they followed the beast. And they worshiped the dragon, for he had given his authority to the beast, and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast, and who can fight against it?” And the beast was given a mouth uttering haughty and blasphemous words, and it was allowed to exercise authority for forty-two months. It opened its mouth to utter blasphemies against God, blaspheming his name and his dwelling, that is, those who dwell in heaven. Also it was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them. And authority was given it over every tribe and people and language and nation, and all who dwell on earth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain. If anyone has an ear, let him hear: If anyone is to be taken captive, to captivity he goes; if anyone is to be slain with the sword, with the sword must he be slain. Here is a call for the endurance and faith of the saints. Then I saw another beast rising out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb and it spoke like a dragon. It exercises all the authority of the first beast in its presence, and makes the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose mortal wound was healed. It performs great signs, even making fire come down from heaven to earth in front of people, and by the signs that it is allowed to work in the presence of the beast it deceives those who dwell on earth, telling them to make an image for the beast that was wounded by the sword and yet lived. And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain. Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666.” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭13:1-18‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Islamic State Stronghold In Osve, Bosnia?

I’ve seen a lot of articles and commentaries that make light of the Islamic State’s credibility and ability to continue existing but I also keep seeing examples of the Islamic State doing just fine in recruiting and terrorist attacks.

It now seems strongholds in other nations are on their list of achievements.

Perhaps we should see them as the threat that they claim to be?

Islamic State have established a stronghold in mainland Europe, a Sunday Mirror investigation reveals.

Terrorists are secretly buying land in an isolated village, surrounded by deep woodland.

Security services think the area in Bosnia is used for ISIS training camps and could be a base for devastating terror attacks on the West.

Crucially, the location gives IS a key strategic position due to its proximity to the Mediterranean which is used by extremists from Syria, Iraq and North Africa.

At least 12 ISIS fighters trained in the village of Osve have left for Syria in recent months and five are reported to be dead.

Terror expert Dzevad Galijasevic said: “From this village a large number of people went to Syria and are going constantly.

The chosen location of some of the properties is on a hill, where there is no possibility to approach without being seen. It is clear that the source of the terrorist threat is right there. It is a major threat.

“There is no one there who isn’t ready to respond to the summons to jihad.”

We visited the hilltop village 60 miles from Sarajevo and six miles from the town of Maglaj afternoon.

It is not mapped by GPS and is only accessible by steep and winding roads barely wide enough for cars to pass.

A number of houses there appear to have been abandoned or only half built and it is not overlooked by any other settlement.

A number of villagers wore Islamic-style clothing, including two women wearing burkas.

Our guide – our driver and translator – said we were being watched and it was too dangerous to photograph them.

Clearly worried, the dad-of-one said: “We should leave now – our presence here is beginning to cause suspicion. This is a beautiful place but is incredibly dangerous.

“You cannot underestimate the possible threat here. If they see the camera all hell will break loose.”

understood that notorious ISIS supporter Harun Mehicevic is among fanatics who bought land in the area. He has purchased two hectares.

Mehicevic fled Bosnia during the 1990s Balkan wars and settled in Melbourne, Australia, where he is considered one of the country’s most dangerous men.

In one ranting sermon, he reportedly told an audience of potential recruits: “Allah will help the mujahideen (holy warriors) establish an Islamic State where Muslims can live with dignity and honour.”

Other known terrorists believed to have bought land in the village include Jasin Rizvic and Osman Kekic, who are both now fighting with ISIS in Syria.

Muslim leader Izet Hadzic – arrested by Bosnia’ and Herzegovina’s security service Sipa in a raid – is also understood to have property in the village, as have many others who have gone to fight in Syria and Iraq.

One villager told our investigators that locals fear the area is a “nest for terrorists”.

The man, who does not want to be named, said: “We regularly hear gunshots coming from the woods up there for long periods at a time. It happens every week.
“I don’t know what they are doing, whether it is target practice or something like that, but it happens regularly.

is really concerning to hear such notorious members of ISIS are buying land. They keep themselves to themselves but it is better not to ask questions.

“It worries me that I am bringing up my children here. Now could be time to move out but it is not so easy to sell.”

Bosnia is an ideal position for jihadis travelling illegally from Syria to Greece, via Turkey, and then through Macedonia and Serbia.

Guns and other weapons are easier to obtain in Bosnia than in other parts of Europe due to illegal ownership following the conflicts of the 1990s.

Five months ago, anti-terror cops raided the village of Gornja Maoca in the north of the country following reports of houses flying the ISIS flag.

The area is home to followers of the strict Sunni Islam Wahhabi movement. It has been raided by police several times over the past decade due to suspected links with radical groups.

A report on jihadism in Bosnia said: “Returning foreign fighters from Syria and Iraq – battle-hardened, skilled in handling arms and explosives, and ideologically radicalised – pose a direct threat not only to the security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also of the region and beyond.”

Foreign Fighters’ Bosnian Contingent, said that between 2013 and 2014, 156 Bosnian men and 36 women travelled to Syria, taking 25 children with them.

It said 48 men and three women had officially returned by last January.

The authors, Sarajevo University associate political science professor Vlado Azinovic and Islamic theologian Muhamed Jusic, also found that Bosnia was ill-prepared to deal with the threat.

The report said: “There is a lack of co-ordination between local law-enforcement agencies on (foreign fighter) issues.”

Kristina Jozic of security service Sipa said: “The return of individuals participating in the conflict in Syria, fighting with ISIS, is undoubtedly a security challenge and a threat, the extent of which is hard to determine.”

She said: “Sipa continuously performs checks of all allegations that can be linked to terrorist activities in any way, whether that is financing, recruiting or other activities related to terrorism.”

She added that the village is under surveillance following a police raid in May.

Director of the Centre for Security Studies in the Bosnian capital Sarajevo, Armin Krzalic, said: “Bosnians who went to fight for Islamic State will be treated as a threat to security upon their return whether they have land here or not.”

And perhaps we should consider why the Islamic State acts so much like Mohammed did?

Turkey To Invade Syria?

The Islamic Turkish Ottoman Empire ruled the Middle East for a good five hundred years and though they dropped the ball for the last century and made a secular detour, it makes sense that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s steady re-Islamisation of Turkey’s institutions during the past decade would rekindle the ambition for regional leadership and domination.

Perhaps it was the recent election upset that reduced Erdogan’s AKP to a minority that has induced this or maybe he just feels like it’s time to reassert their old claim. Either way, a plan for Turkey to invade Syria stands as a wake up call to anyone who is still sleeping with regard to Turkey’s rise.

Turkey has sent shock waves through the Middle East by preparing plans to send troops into Syria for the first time, turning the civil war into an international conflict on Europe’s borders.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has authorised a change in the rules of engagement agreed by the Turkish parliament to allow the army to strike at Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil), as well as the Assad regime, according to local newspapers.

The aim is to establish a buffer zone for refugees and against Isil, but Mr Erdogan has also suggested that the main target of the intervention, if it goes ahead, will be to prevent the emergence of a Kurdish state on Turkey’s doorstep.

• Kurdish forces drive Isil fighters out of Syrian border town

The Syrian Kurdish militia, the YPG, has established dominance in a border strip across the north of the country in recent months.

“We will never allow the establishment of a state in Syria’s north and our south,” Mr Erdogan said at the weekend. “We will continue our fight in this regard no matter what it costs.”

Turkey’s President Tayyip Erdogan (seated) heads the National Security Council meeting

Turkey has urged the creation of a buffer zone protected by international forces in the north of Syria ever since the civil war sent hundreds of thousands of refugees across the border.

That figure is approaching two million, making Turkey the single largest host of refugees of any country.

• Turkey stumbles in the dark: Where next for its democracy?

But until now it has refused to countenance “going it alone” in intervention in Syria. The plans were discussed in a meeting of the national security council last night. Following Mr Erdogan’s speech, Turkish media were briefed on new orders being given to the military to prepare to send an 18,000-strong force across the border, with some reports saying the move could take place as early as Friday.

The troops would seize a stretch of territory 60 miles long by 20 deep, including the border crossings of Jarablus, currently in Isil hands, and Aazaz, currently controlled by the Free Syrian Army (FSA) but under attack from Isil.

The buffer zone would kill several birds with one stone. As well has allowing Turkey to establish refugee camps not on its soil but under its protection, it would prevent the two current zones of Kurdish control — from Kobane to the Iraq border in the east, and Afrin in the west — from joining up.

The Turkish establishment is hostile to the YPG, as an offshoot of the PKK guerrilla group which has fought for autonomy in south-eastern Turkey for four decades.

The zone would also allow Turkey more easily to control the flow of weapons and fighters into Syria, something that critics say it has not done well enough, encouraging the rise of Isil.

Changing the rules of engagement would give Turkey a pretext for intervention. The Assad regime has been driven back and has been careful to present no threat that would justify an attack, but Isil is attacking FSA forces supported by Turkey on the border.

“Isil, along with other armed groups that have the potential to jeopardise Turkey’s security, will be included as threats to Turkey in the amended rules and the Turkish armed forces could launch an operation against Isil once it approaches its borders,” the pro-Erdogan Sabah newspaper reported.

It remains unclear whether the threat to intervene will be followed up by action. The military is said to be unhappy to involve ground troops in the civil war. They are said to be offering to join the international bombing campaign against Isil instead. “It may be the government wants to do this but there are numerous institutional reservations,” said Sinan Ulgen, head of the Edam think tank in Istanbul.

In particular, there is a question mark over whether the intervention would be legal under Turkish law without a vote in parliament, or in international law without a UN Security Council resolution.

• Turkey accused of allowing Islamic State fighters to cross its border in Kobane attack

There would also be intense opposition to the operation being approved by the prime minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, who is only still in place because of difficulties forming a coalition after his party, the Islamist AKP failed to win a majority in this month’s election.

The intervention would also be opposed by the rival Republican People’s Party (CHP), which blames Mr Erdogan for making the Syrian war worse by supporting Islamist rebels rather than using his influence to negotiate peace.

“There is not sufficient reason to send Turkish troops to Syria,” said Faruk Logoglu, who until the election was head of the CHP’s foreign affairs committee. “Once you do that there is no way out.”

The Financial Times reported on Monday that Jordan was drawing up similar plans for a safe zone in southern Syria, following concerns that Isil could take over territory close to its border if the Assad regime was to withdraw from the city of Deraa.

Importantly, this significant move lines up with and is anticipated by several important eschatological theories including the Islamic End Times theory and the Signpost theory.

The Islamic End Times theory, of which Joel Richardson is likely the most well known proponent, argues that the biblical scriptures are Israel- and Middle Eastern-centric, with the many books that constitute the bible telling the same story from different angles about Yahweh’s covenant with Israel and the attempts of the surrounding kingdoms to destroy Israel, culminating in a Middle Eastern antichrist figure and empire.

The Signpost theory is proposed by Mark Davidson who argues a futurist (to be fulfilled in the as yet future) interpretation of key visions and prophecies in the Book of Daniel. He furthermore suggests that the first four seal judgments in the Book of The Revelation are connected to four signposts signalling the end of the age and the rise of a Middle Eastern antichrist and Kingdom.

Both theories allow for and even strongly suggest an antichrist Kingdom located in present day Turkey, though both clarify that the Middle East is likely to be subject to shifting border and new national boundaries based on both scripture and historic events before the emergence of the antichrist kingdom.

Needless to say, I believe that these two theories carry significant weight and even if they are or contain incorrect or partially correct ideas, every Christian should have a basic understanding of the scriptures themselves and these two interpretations.

Both theories and their respective spokesmen anticipated Turkey’s return to Islam from secularism and with this most recent development, there is good reason to suspect that Turkey not only wants to be the regional power but will fight to become it. This reality is made all the more disturbing because they face genuine competition from persistently dangerous Iran as well as Suadi Arabia, the Islamic State, and a host of other unstable factions.

Simply, that necessitates regional war and perhaps even a Third World War, given the Sunni-Shia division that IS is stirring up.

So eyes open Christians!

For anyone else who wants to understand what we are seeing in the Middle East these days, know that the bible has long predicted the reformation of Israel as nation but much more than that, the establishment of the last terrible human controlled empire that would seek to destroy Israel and rule the nations.

Most important is knowing God and understanding his plans to save Israel and humanity – we can all know God through Jesus Christ alone and we can have his peace even as peace is taken from the earth.

Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. Whoever does not love me does not keep my words. And the word that you hear is not mine but the Father’s who sent me. “These things I have spoken to you while I am still with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. (‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭23-27‬ ESV)
