Who Will Be Prosecuted: The Disastrous Impact Of Homosexual Marriage On Freedom

The Australian Family Association have put together an excellent document that cuts through the doublespeak and political spin on redefining marriage to tell us exactly what is going on and how many of us will have to pay the price for it.

You can read the document here.

In times like these when human laws fail us, we are reminded that Jesus Christ alone is our hope.

White Lives Don’t Matter In Racially Motivated On-Air Shooting But Pushing An Anti-Gun Agenda Does

Two journalists have been murdered live on television.

Here’s the report:

Two journalists for a local television station in the US state of Virginia have been shot dead during a live broadcast, by a disgruntled former employee who later shot himself and died in hospital.

WDBJ7 journalist Alison Parker, 24, and cameraman Adam Ward, 27, were shot at close range while conducting an on-air interview.

Virginia governor Terry McAuliffe said the gunman was a disgruntled former employee of the television station.

He was identified as Vester Flanagan, 41, according to a dispatcher for the Augusta County Sheriff’s Department. Stills pulled from Ward’s camera helped identify him.

Parker was talking to Vicki Gardner, head of the Smith Mountain Lake Chamber of Commerce, on a balcony at the lakeside Bridgewater Resort in the town of Moneta near Roanoke when the attack occurred.

The pair were talking about tourism development for WDBJ’s early-morning newscast when the gunman seemingly closed in from behind the cameraman.

Several shots were heard, as well as screams, as Ward’s camera fell to the floor, capturing a fuzzy and chilling glimpse of the gunman, dressed in dark clothing.

The station then cut away to a startled anchorwoman back in the studio.

Gardner was “seriously injured,” said one of the US senators from Virginia, Tim Kaine.

Later, a video posted under the Twitter account @bryce_williams7, showed the shooter brandishing a weapon at Parker, who was interviewing Ms Gardner and unaware of his presence.

Ward has his back to the apparent shooter and also apparently did not see him.

The shooter seems to briefly lower the camera.

Multiple shots are then heard, and screams. Parker runs away.

The shooter’s hand is clearly visible. He appears to be wearing a blue checkered shirt.

None of the victims are seen wounded. There is no blood in the footage.

Flanagan shot himself as Virginia State Police were closing in on a rental car on Interstate 66 in Fauquier County, WDBJ7 said.

Virginia state police said the suspect refused to stop when spotted by troopers and sped away.

“Minutes later, the suspect’s vehicle ran off the road and crashed. The troopers approached the vehicle and found the male driver suffering from a gunshot wound,” police said in a statement.

He was taken to a nearby hospital where he died, police said.

The rest of the report goes onto become an Obama-Clinton diatribe against gun ownership.

Leftists never let murder victims stand in the way of political opportunity, unless they are the kind of murder victims (#blacklivesmatter) that are in themselves a political opportunity.

Dave Jolly offers a good assessment of this massive hypocrisy and double standards applied by the media to promote and stir up racial conflict on the one hand, and exploit murder victims for political gain on the other:

The residents of central and southwest Virginia were shocked yesterday morning when one of their star news reporters and cameraman were gunned down during a live broadcast.

Alison Parker, 24, was doing a live interview with Vicki Gardner, the Director of the Smith Mountain Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce at the Bridgewater Plaza. Adam Ward, 27, was manning the camera when former WDBJ7 employee Bryce Williams approached them. Filming his own attack, Williams aimed and shot Parker several times before turning his gun on Ward and Gardner. Parker and Ward died from their wounds and Gardner is reported to be recovering after surgery in a local hospital.

Before heading out to do this live broadcast, the people at WDBJ7 held a going away party for Adam Ward’s fiancé who was leaving the station for a new job elsewhere. Ward said he would soon be leaving as well to follow her and get married. Parker had brought in balloons for the celebration.

I won’t post the video here, but it is available online for anyone who wishes to see it.

After the shooting, Williams left the scene but was soon pursued by law enforcement on I-66. Before police could stop him and take him into custody, Williams shot himself. At first he was reported as being dead from his self-inflicted wound, but later reports claim that he was in the hospital in critical condition.

Between the time Williams murdered Parker and Ward, he posted the video he took of his shooting on Facebook. Then he tweeted the following comments:

“I filmed the shooting see Facebook”

“Adam went to hr on me after working with me one time!!!”

“They hired her after that???”

“EEOC report failed”

“Alison made racist comments”

From his own posts, it’s obvious that he held a grudge against cameraman Adam Ward and hated Alison Parker because she supposedly said something he took at being racist about him.

That makes this horrible crime a hate crime based on race. Alison Parker was a blonde white woman and Bryce Williams in a black male. I’m sure had roles been reversed, Al Sharpton and many other black activists would be flocking to Virginia to protest a racial hate crime, but in this case, I’ve heard no one, let me repeat that, NO ONE has yet to say anything about this being a racially motivated hate crime. No one is holding up signs saying ‘White Lives Matter.’

Instead, liberals like Hillary Clinton are using the hate crime to boost their attack on our constitutional right to own guns. It didn’t take Hillary long before she tweeted:

“Heartbroken and angry. We must act to stop gun violence, and we cannot wait any longer. Praying for the victims’ families in Virginia –H”

Don’t forget that while serving as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton signed every United Nations action that would strip Americans of their constitutional rights to own and bear firearms. She signed the UN Small Arms Treaty which would have greatly restricted the sale and distribution of any small arms. What you may not realize is their definition of small arms includes all handguns along with the vast majority of hunting and target rifles and shotguns. The restrictions on sale and distribution would virtually wipe out the gun business in the United States. Fortunately the Senate has not ratified this treaty and we pray they never do.

I though it appropriate that one person responded to Hillary’s tweet with:

“We should make gun violence against the law – NOW!”

This crime had nothing to do with guns, but with a disgruntled black man who held racist anger towards the white reporter and a white cameraman. If he survives his self-inflicted wound, I’m positive that none of the charges facing him will involve race or hate crimes. That’s because in our perverted and backwards society, only whites can be guilty of racial hate crimes, not blacks.

Curt Schilling Is Right About Islam

There is a hard-to-imagine time centuries ago when the West was comprised of nations filled with warriors who had stemmed the bloody cascade of Islamic conquest.
How things change.

The 20th century West was one that became ignorant to Islam and familiar with excessive prosperity. When Muslims performed the brutal wake-up call of 9/11, we suddenly became aware of Islam again – only this time we were the fattest, most bloated culture that ever existed.

Instead of taking to the ideological gym after our glimpse in the mirror, we sought any way to placate a violent religion that has declared its intent to mince our collective nations into balls. After all, getting off the couch of comfort would take work and that’s sounds unpleasant.

So now, a mere decade and a half since Islam knocked on our door with fire and blood, the West is bowing the knee in submission to Islam which, in no twist of irony, means “submission”.

Part of that knee bowing includes screaming “RACIST” at anyone who even thinks about criticism Islam.

Robert Spencer reports yet another example:

CURT SCHILLING AND THE DEATH OF FREE SPEECH

He told the truth. He apologized. It still wasn’t enough.

“Curt Schilling’s tweet comparing Muslims to Nazis is even worse than it sounds,” howled Max Fisher in Vox – one of the many voices this week screaming for Schilling’s head for transgressing against America’s new and unwritten, but nonetheless frightfully draconian, speech codes.

Fisher professes ignorance of the perp’s illustrious career, semaphoring that he is a good Leftist elitist, ignorant of Schilling’s brutish, bourgeois athletic achievements: “Curt Schilling, whom Wikipedia informs me is a former baseball star and current ESPN commentator, sent a tweet on Tuesday that seems to have emerged straight from the internet nether-void of racist email forwards.”

“Racist”? Schilling tweeted a graphic that read, “It’s said only 5-10% of Muslims are extremists. In 1940, only 7% of Germans were Nazis. How’d that go?” So where is the “racism”? What race are “extremist Muslims”? What race are Muslims in the aggregate? What race is Islam? Or did Fisher mean that Schilling’s tweet was racist against Germans?

Fisher compounds this muddled thinking by doubling down on the false claim in his headline, that Schilling likened Muslims to Nazis: “The argument here is pretty clear, even if the numbers are pure nonsense, but just so it’s not lost: Schilling is saying that the religion of Islam is akin to Nazi Germany, and that the world’s 1.6 billion Muslims are responsible for the actions of a tiny minority of extremists in the same way that Nazi-era Germans were complicit in Nazi crimes.”

Actually, Schilling’s tweet does neither of those things. It likens not the religion of Islam, but “extremist Muslims,” to Nazis, and it doesn’t say a think about all Muslims being responsible for the crimes of Islamic jihadists. And Fisher’s woolly logic is typical of the firestorm that has engulfed Schilling, as he has been removed from ESPN’s coverage of the Little League World Series and is being pilloried everywhere. Schilling himself is repentant and apologetic, but it may do no good: he may be facing more punishment, and is taking a beating in the mainstream media for being “insensitive.”

But what exactly is so offensive about his tweet? Is it that he compared “extremist Muslims” to Nazis? Surely that can’t be it. The Islamic State hasn’t murdered six million Jews, but surely would if it could, and meanwhile its gleeful bloodlust, sex slavery, terrorizing of non-Muslims and all the rest of it make the comparison reasonable.

Or was Schilling “insensitive” for daring to suggest that peaceful Muslims aren’t doing much to rein in their violent coreligionists? Well, let’s see. Last month, Muslims in Ireland held a demonstration against the Islamic State. How many Muslims showed up? Fewer than fifty. And in October 2014 in Houston, a rally against the Islamic State organized by the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) drew the grand total of ten people. In August 2013 in Boston, about 25 Muslims rallied against “misperceptions” that Islam was violent. About the same number showed up in June 2013 at a progressive Muslim rally in Toronto to claim that their religion had been “hijacked.”

And back in 2005, a group called the Free Muslims Coalition held what it dubbed a “Free Muslims March Against Terror,” intending to “send a message to the terrorists and extremists that their days are numbered … and to send a message to the people of the Middle East, the Muslim world and all people who seek freedom, democracy and peaceful coexistence that we support them.” In the run-up to the event it got enthusiastic national and international publicity, but it ended up drawing about twenty-five people.

Contrast those paltry showings to the thousands of Muslims who have turned out for rallies against cartoons of Muhammad or against Israel. Here are some headlines from the aftermath of the Charlie Hebdo jihad massacre of Muhammad cartoonists in January 2015:

Chechnya: 800,000 Muslims protest Muhammad cartoons; protests also in Iran, Pakistan, Ingushetia, elsewhere

Pakistan: 10,000 Muslims protest against Charlie Hebdo’s Muhammad cartoons

Australia: 1,000 Muslims rally against Charlie Hebdo and the freedom of speech

Kyrgyztsan: 1,000 Muslims rally: “I am not Charlie, I love my Prophet.”

But given a chance to show how Muslims overwhelmingly reject “extremism,” only a handful show up.

So Fisher and the other Leftists gleefully stomping on Schilling’s professional corpse today should explain how exactly he was offensive or insensitive (aside from having been a member of the 2001 Arizona Diamondbacks and 2004 Boston Red Sox). ESPN should restore him to active duty immediately, but it is much more likely that they will force him to issue a groveling apology first, or just fire him outright.

The savaging of Curt Schilling is disquieting proof of what I’ve pointed out many times over the years: that anyone and everyone who dares to speak a word against jihad terror will inevitably be mauled in the public square, and charged with “racism,” “bigotry” and “Islamophobia” – despite the fact that everyone, including the leading Muslim groups in the U.S., are supposed to be against jihad terror. Schilling, unprepared for the onslaught, backed down immediately, thereby reinforcing the usefulness of this firestorm as a tactic.

The ultimate goal is to inhibit all criticism of jihad terror, so that the jihad imperative can advance unimpeded. We’re well on the way there.
